The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on relevant projects, engaging with potential clients, and converting leads into successful business deals. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to craft compelling proposals.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Bidding:-

Regularly browse and identify new projects on Upwork that match the company’s services.-

Craft and submit custom proposals that align with client requirements, demonstrating a clear understanding of the project and offering appropriate solutions.-

Ensure all proposals are detailed, professional, and well-structured.2. Client Communication:-

Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients through Upwork’s messaging system.-

Respond to client inquiries promptly, addressing any concerns or additional questions they may have.-

Negotiate terms, deadlines, and budget to secure projects.3. Lead Generation:-

Conduct thorough research to identify and bid on relevant projects.-

Stay updated on new project postings and submit bids in a timely manner to improve chances of winning.-

Maintain a database of potential leads, bids, and client responses.4. Proposal Writing:-

Write winning proposals that clearly articulate the company’s strengths, past experiences, and how the team can meet the client’s needs.-

Customize each bid according to the client’s requirements rather than using generic templates.5. Project Coordination:-

Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to gather necessary details for proposals and ensure smooth communication.-

Follow up with clients after bid submission and project completion for feedback and repeat business.6. Market Research and Analysis:-

Keep up with the latest trends in freelancing platforms like Upwork, identifying new ways to stand out from competitors.-

Monitor and analyze competitors' bids and pricing strategies to improve bidding success rates.7. Report and Track:-

Maintain detailed records of all bids, including bid outcomes, feedback received, and areas for improvement.-

Provide regular reports on bid performance, conversion rates, and project wins.Qualifications:- Proven (Experience - 2 Years) in bidding on Upwork or other freelancing platforms.- Strong understanding of various service categories (e.G., design, development, content writing, marketing).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to research and analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions.- Experience using project management and CRM tools is a plus.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
