Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Travel and Immigration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the complex processes of travel arrangements and immigration requirements.


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all immigration, Visa and work authorization for US and Non-US countries.
  • Should furnish relevant information and supervising the completion of documentation, and submitting data on behalf of employees, as required by Govt Agencies.
  • Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws
  • Providing clients with all pertinent documentation
  • Coordinate international relocations for employees.
  • Book air and ground transportation for employees
  • Research to get the best pricing and options according to employee’s specifications.
  • Book hotel reservations for guests in their desired location, ensuring their specifications for their stay are met.
  • Experience as an immigration consultant, preferably with expertise in relocating individuals to more than one country.
  • Proven experience organizing travel for business.
  • Ability to locate the ideal travel options for clients upon a scheduled meeting detailing.
  • Fluent in English for communication with clients internationally
  • Proficient with data entry and Microsoft Suite
  • Experience processing payment information and working with confidential information.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant field
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Travel and Immigration field
