Job Title: Presentation and Video Designer (Junior Level)About Us:The Up Skill Project (TUSP) is a dynamic start-up dedicated to providing high-quality upskilling courses to individuals and organisations. We empower learners with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in today’s fast-changing world.Role Overview:We are looking for a creative Presentation & Video Designer to design professional Power Point presentations and convert them into engaging instructional videos with voiceovers. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-learning content creation while contributing to a growing start-up.Key Responsibilities:Design visually appealing, well-structured Power Point presentations.Convert PPT slides into videos with voiceover syncing, animations, and transitions.Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all learning materials.Collaborate with content developers, subject matter experts, and designers to refine outputs.Support future projects, including book design for print and digital formats.Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PPT or presentation design.Basic video editing skillsComfortable syncing voiceovers with slides.Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) is a plus.Compensation & Benefits:Stipend: ₹10–15,000/month (based on experience).Hands-on experience in PPT design, video creation with voiceovers, and book design for print/digital.Fully remote role with flexible working hours.Opportunity to build a professional portfolio with real projects for a growing ed-tech brand.Collaborative, growth-focused environment with direct mentorship.Equal Opportunity Employer: TUSP is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
