Job Description

Develop and execute the company's M&A strategy and fundraising initiatives in alignment with overall business objectives and growth targets. Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic partners within the financial services sector. Lead all aspects of the M&A process, including financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and negotiation. Manage relationships with external advisors, including investment banks, legal counsel, and other third-party service providers. Oversee fundraising activities, including debt and equity offerings, to support the company's capital requirements and growth initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, legal, finance, and business units, to assess opportunities and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on M&A activities, fundraising efforts, progress, and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or M&A advisory roles Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions and fundraising initiatives, including deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and integration. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial models and investment opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to achieve business objectives. Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations related to M&A transactions and fundraising activities in the financial services industry.
