We are currently seeking an Associate Director – FP&A to join our Finance team in Bangalore.Primary Purpose of the RoleTrack business performance and identify monthly results.Manage business operations by providing visibility and insights.Ensure consistency of information for decision-making, planning, and target setting.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning – Annual Business Cycle:Assist in developing the operating and financial plan.Performance Management:Drive performance to ensure effective P&L and balance sheet management, delivering on entity targets.Reporting & Forecasting:Oversee quarterly and monthly management reporting. Collaborate with PPMs to develop monthly forecasts for P&L and cash flow.Performance Measurement & Improvement:Monitor and analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, and work on performance improvement initiatives.Special Projects:Support the analysis of new business cases and provide accurate, timely financial recommendations.Required Knowledge, Skills & AttributesEducation & Experience8–12+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or business management.Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred.Personal AttributesHigh energy and a proactive approach.Solution-oriented with a positive attitude.Exceptional customer orientation.Expertise & QualificationsFast-mover, quick to adapt.Flexible and resilient in a dynamic environment.Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.
