Role: Design Director As our Design Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving creative excellence, leading the premium interior design vertical, and taking our design capabilities to the next level. Your role will involve managing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring every project reflects exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality design work that aligns with customer expectations.
  • Oversee the development of design proposals, presentations, and project documentation, ensuring timely and effective design delivery.
  • Shape and execute design strategies that elevate DZYN Interio’s brand and position us as a leader in premium interior design.
  • Lead design presentations for clients, articulating creative concepts and guiding them through the design journey.
  • Stay at the forefront of design trends, products, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
  • Foster a collaborative, creative, and performance-driven culture within the design team.



What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Design Director, Senior Designer, or Design Lead in the premium interior design or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of nurturing and growing high-performing design teams.
  • Passion for design, attention to detail, and an ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in interior design or related field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Good knowledge of Modular fitouts and interior execution
  • Strong creative and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute
  • A great attitude.
