Job Description:


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing & Mapping Associate to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent to support the rapid growth of our client base. You will work closely with recruitment professionals to ensure we find and hire the best candidates to fill our positions quickly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


Research and Mapping:

● Conduct in-depth research to identify potential talent within fast-growing startup ecosystems.

● Create talent maps that outline where potential candidates currently work, their roles, and how they fit into the broader industry landscape.


Sourcing Talent:

● Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to source candidates.

● Engage in proactive outreach to potential candidates to gauge interest and fit for our open positions.

● Maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.


Recruitment Support:

● Assist recruitment professionals in the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure positions are closed efficiently.

● Contribute to improving the recruitment process by providing feedback and suggestions based on candidate feedback and market research.


Requirements:


● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

● Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably within a startup environment.

● Strong research skills and the ability to use a variety of methods to source candidates.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.

● Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

● Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
