Responsibilities

The Branch Manager will be responsible for planning and execution of operational, administrative and commercial activities of the branch.

Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement

Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch

Plan and coordinate with HR, the staffing needs of the branch.

Qualifications, Experience and skill required:

Graduate with preferably an MSW or MBA.

3+ years of management or supervisory experience

Graduate with preferably an MSW or MBA.

Minimum 3-years of experience in managing systems, processes, and people in services / healthcare / hospitality industry.

Satisfactory written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and native language.

Good IT Skills

Excellent problem-solving skills and the desire to use them.

Desire and ability to expand and build business and business relationships.

Emotional and mental maturity for the establishment and maintenance of good working relationships with client, clients family, caregiver and administrative staff.

Ability to network with a range of relevant organizations including local businesses, hospitals, residents associations and other institutions to promote business.

Above all, the Branch Manager should be a person with focus on quality-of-service delivery.
