We do so by building and infusing AI technologies in real world solutions and extending the signals from real world patterns to build robust, scalable AI platform services and products.We are looking for great talent to join our group and help us lead the next generation of Azure OpenAI and AI Platform features and solutions delivering on customer promises for complex engineering projects. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be customer facing and responsible for customer success through delivery management of cross-functional programs, and strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships across feature and product teams.You are front and center with the world’s leading brands representing the AI platform core engineering team in support of their digital journey, empowering them to accelerate their value and achieve more. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

:4+ years of experience in technical program management or product development collaborating with customers and partners delivering one or more AI, cloud services, enterprise grade solutions, and mobile apps2+ years of practical experience in AI techniques & tools, as evidenced by prior projectsA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical IT work experience is requiredPreferred Qualifications

:Prior hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM) such as OpenAI and others, Azure AI, Azure ML or their equivalent is highly preferredStrong customer focus and a deep commitment to delivering products that create customer value and delightful experiencesEnterprise customer and partner engagement skills including ability to create a delivery plan, track progress, and resolve issues, risks, and blockers as they ariseEffective communication skills with a broad range of audiences and ability to influence without authorityA high tolerance for ambiguity and changeOutstanding problem solving and conflict-resolution skills across a set of technical, product, and business challengesExperience with enterprise solutions and a deep technical understanding of software and hardware#AIPLATFORM

Responsibilities

The role involves collaborating closely with key customers, partners, and feature teams to solve complex problems leveraging Azure AI Platform and Azure OpenAI.
