JD for Position 2: Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Build, test, and maintain full stack applications that are high-quality, scalable, and use modern programming languages, frameworks, and libraries.
  2. Use serverless architectures for cloud-based applications, working with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure Platform.
  3. Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security, and meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
  4. Work with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
  5. Write code that is clean, maintainable, and well-documented, following best practices and industry standards.
  6. Engage in code reviews and give constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality code delivery.
  7. Keep up with new technologies and trends in full stack development and cloud serverless app development, and use this knowledge to enhance existing systems or create innovative solutions.
  8. Fix and debug issues in existing applications, and provide technical support when needed.
  9. Communicate closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects, and report progress and any potential risks or issues.
  10. Learn and improve your skills continuously, and share knowledge with team members.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Professional work experience of 5 to 8 years.
  3. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects.
  4. In-depth knowledge of serverless app development, including experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions.
  5. Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, and experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular.
  6. Strong back-end development skills, including experience with programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or C#.
  7. Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
  8. Knowledge of RESTful API design and development, and experience with API integration.
  9. Should have Experience of Object Oriented programming practices (SOLID principles, Design pattern)
  10. Should have experience in Feasibility Analysis - Technical feasibility (Study of proposed application, performance expected, application function, benefits), Financial feasibility (costs incurred, milestone timelines), Operational feasibility (does the application meet the need or solve the problem, will users be able to adapt to the application)
  11. Should have experience with the process of choosing from the design patterns and platforms and should be able to convey the merits and demerits of these to the team
  12. Should be well versed with the security frameworks, assessing vulnerabilities, Secured Code, SSL/Non SSL, Vulnerability tests amongst the areas being proficient at
  13. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
  14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  15. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Git, Jira, Azure devops.
