Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Dentist located in Bengaluru South. The Chief Dentist will be responsible for managing dental healthcare services, overseeing clinical operations, providing high-quality dental treatments, and ensuring adherence to all healthcare regulations. The role also includes leading the dental team, diagnosing dental conditions, formulating and implementing treatment plans, managing patient records, and maintaining patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Professional skills in diagnostics, treatment planning, and dental healthcare services
• Clinical skills in general dentistry, endodontics,orthodontics, and surgical procedures
• Management skills in leading dental teams and overseeing clinical operations
• Communication skills for maintaining patient relationships and ensuring clear interaction
• Attention to detail and adherence to healthcare regulations and standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with healthcare management systems and patient records
• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS) or higher (MDS), with relevant professional certifications
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a similar role
