Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, visually appealing motion graphics and animations for digital content, advertisements, e-learning, and multimedia projects. The role requires strong design skills, creativity, and technical expertise in motion design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combine live-action, images, video footages elements into final shots.
  • Ensure seamless integration of visual effects with the background plates.
  • Enhance shots with colour correction, grading, and final finishing touches.
  • Conceptualise, design, and create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos and digital media.
  • Collaborate with Instructional designer and editors to develop innovative visual content.
  • Design and animate infographics, explainer videos, title sequences, and other graphic elements.
  • Work with 2D/3D assets, illustrations, and typography to produce high-quality animations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all motion deliverables.
  • Adapt and optimize motion graphics for different platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest design and animation trends to bring fresh ideas.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize workflows for efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of layering, keying, color correction, and tracking.
  • Knowledge of 3D compositing workflows and working with multi-pass renders.
  • Knowledge of video formats, compression, and rendering techniques.
  • Good artistic sense of composition, lighting, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-learning projects or Multimedia Production.
  • Familiarity with audio editing and sound syncing.
  • Handling camera would be an add-on advantage
