India is a major operational hub, with as its U.S. headquarters.- Job Title : Project Coordinator- Key Skills : IT Hardware Logistics - Servicenow Automation & CMDB Maturity.- Job Locations : Remote- Experience : 7+ Years.- Education Qualification : Any Graduation.- Work Mode : Remote.- Employment Type : Contract.- Notice Period : Immediate to 15 DaysMandatory Skills:Project Coordinator – IT Hardware Logistics - Servicenow Automation & CMDB MaturityOverview Coordinates the hardware logistics integration and CMDB maturity workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration between development teams, logistics vendors, data stewards, and internal stakeholders to automate stock updates, asset receipts, and deliver a robust, analytics-ready CMDB.Key Responsibilities- Act as liaison between ServiceNow logistics developers, CMDB architects, external hardware-logistics providers, and operations teams- Coordinate CMDB maturity initiatives:- Facilitate data-dictionary workshops to define CI attributes (model, screen size, keyboard language, tracking number)- Track progress on Transform Maps, reconciliation rules, and analytics dashboard deliverables- Schedule and oversee periodic physical vs. CMDB audit cycles- Maintain comprehensive project documentation: schedules, status reports, risk/issue logs, and action-item registers- Plan and monitor API integration milestones: design reviews, development handoffs, testing windows, and production cutovers- Facilitate cross-functional meetings; capture minutes and drive follow-up tasks to closure- Monitor dependencies, escalate blockers to the Project Manager, and ensure alignment across logistics, CMDB, and reporting teams- Collaborate with finance and procurement to validate shipment costs, support reconciliation processes, and manage invoicing coordination- Support user-acceptance testing for both logistics and CMDB enhancements by preparing test data, scheduling sessions, and capturing feedbackRequired Skills & Experience- 8+ years of project coordination or PMO support in IT implementations, supply-chain/logistics, or ITAM/CMDB projects- Familiarity with IT Asset Management concepts and endpoint device–lifecycle workflows- Basic understanding of ServiceNow integration principles (IntegrationHub, REST API patterns)- Working knowledge of CMDB best practices: data modeling, Transform Maps, reconciliation, and analytics readiness- Proficiency with project-management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailPreferred Skills- Experience coordinating CMDB maturity or data-governance initiatives on a regional or global scale- Knowledge of hardware-logistics providers’ APIs and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, API-key)- Exposure to Agile/Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning and backlog refinement- Familiarity with analytics/dashboard tools for CMDB reportingSoft Skills- Strong verbal and written communication to engage diverse stakeholder groups- Proactive problem-solving aptitude with a focus on risk identification and mitigation- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills to foster team alignment- Results-oriented approach with a keen sense for data quality and governance
