Our client, a leading innovator in Electric Vehicle (EV) technology, is on a mission to make EVs affordable and accessible for everyone. They collaborate with industry leaders in vehicle manufacturing, battery technology, fleet operations, and transportation to spearhead the EV revolution.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking two dynamic and experienced Zonal Heads (North + East & South + West) to lead and manage their franchisee sales operations within their respective zones. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and ensuring excellence across all functions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding our client's reach and accelerating EV adoption in India.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with the company's overall strategy. Set clear goals and objectives for the zone and lead the team towards achieving them. Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of franchisee operations within the zone, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimize performance. Team Management: Provide leadership and direction to a team of City Heads and ground personnel. Foster a collaborative, results-oriented, and high-performing work environment. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our client's market presence in the region. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth targets. Manage and support franchisees in achieving their business objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key franchisees and other stakeholders in the region. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any escalated customer issues. Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the zone. Manage resources effectively to achieve financial goals. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to the National Head - Franchisee and senior management. Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

13-15 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within the franchise sector. Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and the business environment. Excellent leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Proven ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information. Keen interest in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Electric Vehicle sectors. Willingness to relocate to Gurgaon or Bangalore (as applicable).
