Requirements and skills -Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant. -Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. -Working knowledge of office equipment, like laptops and printers. -Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) -Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. -Attention to detail and problem solving skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. -Pursuing/ have a degree certification; additional qualifications that add more value to the profile, will be a plus.
We are looking to fill this vacancy at two of our Locations in Pune: Salunkhe Vihar & Viman Nagar, if you are interested in applying at any one of these specific locations, please make a mention in your application.
