Center Head - Daycare and preschool Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore Contract type: Full Time / Permanent Opportunity Salary: 80,000 – 1.5 Lakh per month depending on experience + up to 10% bonus if KPIs are met Working pattern: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm and 11am-8pm (Monthly rotational shifts) Who are Bright Horizons?: Bright Horizons are worldwide childcare organisation with nurseries in a number of countries to include the US, UK and Australia. We provide high quality care and education to children aged 0-6 years old. We currently have an opportunity to join us a Center Director. Purpose of the Role: As a Center Director , your job will be to deliver exceptional care and education to our children, and to be the main point of contact our families. To lead a high performing sustainable childcare and education business with a motivated and self-directed team, consistent with all aspects of our Mission in Motion . Key Accountabilities: Keeping Everyone Safe by continuously improving the practices, policies, processes and behaviours that underpin a safety culture Designated Safeguarding Lead for the center Set the highest standards of behaviour across their setting consistent with the HEART principles Coach the highest levels of performance from every member of their team Deliver world class customer service aligned to local customer expectations Ensure high quality care and education maintaining internal ‘green’ audits and external ‘good, excellent or outstanding’ regulatory assessments Optimise budgeted ROS Deliver (or exceed) budgeted occupancy levels Have up to date knowledge of early education and childcare quality standards and ensure compliance with these at all times, including sound pedagogical knowledge ensuring staff provide effective teaching and learning Develop and execute your nursery strategy to outperform people, quality and growth KPI’s Attend client meetings as required Education and Experience: Early Years Qualification (Early Years Degree desirable) Sound/Good commercial acumen Powerful performance coach Collaborative and decisive Analytical capability Planning and strategy Uncompromising on quality Up to date knowledge of regulatory requirements Proficiency in MS Office and English Bright Horizons are committed to creating inclusive environments where everyone has a sense of belonging and has the opportunity to contribute and thrive in meaningful and impactful ways.
