Job Summary:The Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures. This includes conceptualizing and developing architectural plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and adhering to building codes and regulations. The Architect will work closely with clients, and construction teams to bring projects to fruition.SKILLSKey Responsibilities:Design Development:Create and develop architectural designs from initial concept

through completion.Conceptualize and design wooden portable cabins based on client

requirements.Use CAD software and other design tools to produce detailed

blueprints and renderings.Create detailed architectural plans, 3D models, and renderings

using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and

optimized for sustainability and efficiency.Project Management:Oversee project timelines and coordinate with various stakeholders

to ensure deadlines are met.Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and controlling

expenditures.Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including

feasibility studies and project timelines.Client Interaction:Conduct client meetings to understand their needs, preferences, and

budget constraints.Present design proposals, including detailed plans and

visualizations, to clients.Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients throughout the

design and construction process.Address any client concerns and make necessary modifications to the

design.Develop project timelines and ensure that milestones are met.Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, resource

allocation, and expense tracking.Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed

on time and within budget.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national codes and

regulations.Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects if

needed.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with

design specifications.Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with internal construction teams and vendors (to

integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical elements into the

architectural design.Participate in team meetings and provide expertise on architectural

design and construction.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and services.Technical Expertise:Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and

best practices.Provide technical guidance and support to the Internal

Infrastructure TeamConduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and

improve project outcomes.Qualifications:Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's or

Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Experience:

Minimum of XX years of

professional experience in architectural design and project management or

Freshers.Licenses:

Licensed Architect with current

registration.Skills:Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup,

Enscape).Strong design and visualization skills.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Effective communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.Good in MS office (Excel, PPT, Word)Personal Attributes:Creative and innovative thinker.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Working Conditions:Office environment with regular site visits.May require evening or weekend hours to meet project deadlines.Occasional travel for client meetings or site inspections.Values:A Humble person who can always take feedback and challenges in a positive manner and turn it into opportunities.An Authentic person who is reliable and trustworthy while purchasing any assets or dealing with any expenses of the company.
