Job Description:

As an L3 System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and designing/implementing IT solutions. You will lead projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure the stability and performance of critical systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT infrastructure issues.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Windows server environments, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Lead projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
  • Architect and implement Active Directory solutions, including domain design and group policy management.
  • Manage and optimize Office 365 services, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Design and implement advanced workstation management solutions, including automation and scripting.
  • Lead the administration and optimization of Citrix virtualization technologies.
  • Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with other teams to design and implement integrated IT solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in system administration.


Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Windows server administration, including design and implementation. Advanced knowledge of Active Directory architecture and group policy management.
  • Expertise in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Citrix virtualization technologies (XenApp/XenDesktop) and related components.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Citrix Certified Expert - Virtualization) are highly desirable.
