We are looking For qualified Store Inventory Manager , who can Stay in Campus , for overseeing daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, and optimizing inventory control procedures. Here are the key responsibilities:

*Primary Responsibilities:*

  • *Inventory Management*: Monitor and manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.

  • *Stock Control*: Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels, inspect levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages, and order new inventory to replenish stock levels when needed.

  • *Inventory Audits*: Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to identify discrepancies, implement corrective measures, and maintain accurate records of received and outgoing shipments.

  • *Team Management*: Lead and train a team and providing guidance on inventory management best practices and daily tasks.

  • *Reporting and Analysis*: Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

*Additional Responsibilities:*

  • *Supply Chain Optimization*: Collaborate with kitchen teams to forecast demand, prevent stockouts, and reduce overstock.

  • *Inventory Optimization*: Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and losses, and ensure efficient movement of product and information.

  • *Vendor Relations*: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals.

  • *Technology and Systems*: Should be aware of using software for Inventory management

*Requirements and Skills:*

  • *Experience*: Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • *Education*: Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.

  • *Skills*: Strong organizational and logistics skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and experience with inventory management software
