HashInkludes is searching for a motivated “Frontend Engineer - React (Freshers)” to join our remote team. Roles & Responsibilities:  


  • Frontend Development: Utilize your expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build intuitive user interfaces and interactive web experiences. 
  • React.js Proficiency: Develop dynamic frontend components and applications using React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes. 
  • REST APIs Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs seamlessly into frontend applications to fetch and display data from server-side resources. 
  • UI/UX Conversion: Translate design mockups and prototypes from AdobeXD or Figma into pixel-perfect web applications, maintaining consistency with the original design vision. 
  • Responsive Design: Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing and interaction experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. 
  • Code Optimization: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards, optimizing frontend performance and scalability. 
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of frontend components, identify and troubleshoot bugs, and collaborate with the team to ensure the stability and reliability of the applications. 
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project requirements and user expectations. 
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in frontend development, and actively seek opportunities for skill enhancement and professional growth. 


Requirements:  


  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of frontend development principles and best practices. 
  • Strong knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem, with hands-on experience in building single-page applications (SPAs) and reusable components. 
  • Experience in integrating RESTful APIs into frontend applications to fetch and manipulate data from server-side endpoints. 
  • Ability to convert UI/UX designs from AdobeXD or Figma into functional web applications, ensuring visual fidelity and usability. 
  • Familiarity with responsive design techniques and frameworks to create seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive mindset towards debugging and troubleshooting frontend issues. 
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a remote team environment and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
