Overview :


We are seeking a skilled and experienced GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Developer to join our dynamic team.


- The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in developing and implementing GRC solutions, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.


- This role requires a deep understanding of GRC processes and the ability to customize and enhance ServiceNow GRC modules to meet our organizational needs.

- Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC applications, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.

- Develop and implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions to enhance GRC functionality.

- Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Ensure data integrity and manage data imports/exports as required.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify GRC process improvements and implement solutions.

- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and procedures.

- Assist in the planning and execution of GRC projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GRC-related issues.

- Ensure GRC solutions comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.

- Implement security measures and access controls within ServiceNow GRC applications.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in developing and implementing GRC solutions, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in ServiceNow GRC modules.

- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and other relevant languages.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration methodologies.

- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Certifications : ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC or other relevant modules are a plus.
