Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse located in Saraswati Vihar. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. Daily tasks also include coordinating with healthcare providers to deliver consistent patient care, monitoring patient progress, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Qualifications Proficiency in patient care, health assessment, and nursing care planningCompetence in administering medications and treatmentsAbility to maintain accurate medical records and documentationEffective communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environmentBachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with valid RN licensePrevious experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
