Providetechnology and services to create unique digital entertainmentexperiences.PositionOverview:We are seeking anexperienced DevOps Lead to provide support for our enterpriseinfrastructure. In this role you will be responsible for supportingour systems including participation in an oncall rotation. Beyondsupport you will collaborate on improving incident responseenhancing observability and collaborating with technical teams tostrengthen the overall resilience and improve the performance ofour workloads. Your work will involve close cooperation withcrossfunctional teams bridging the gap between development andoperations and cultivating a culture of collaboration and ongoingenhancement.

Responsibilities:As a key member of our team your responsibilities willinclude:Providing crucial supportfor production systems and playing a vital role in issuetriage.Actively participating in our oncallrotation promptly responding to availability incidents andassisting service engineers.Establishingcomprehensive monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respondto issues in realtime.Monitoring systems toensure adherence to system SLO/SLA reviewing and following up onproduction incidents.Collaborating withcrossfunctional teams to enhance incident response and resolutiontimes conducting thorough postmortems for continuousimprovement.Proactively identifying andaddressing system reliability issues performance bottlenecks andimplementing preventive measures to minimizedowntime.Working closely with engineeringteams to identify and address systemlimitations.Participating in the ChangeManagement process by reviewing RFCs to ensure adherence to theDefinition of Done and actively supporting software and hardwaredeployments.Championing automation inworkflows and tools to improve the reliability and scalability ofservices.Developing and implementingcomprehensive monitoring and alerting systems using Datadog forrealtime issue detection and response.Writingand reviewing code creating documentation and troubleshootingdistributed systems.Collaborating with teamsto optimize incident response resolution times and conductingpostmortems for ongoing improvement.

What youneed:3 years ofhandson experience in DevOps Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)Security roles.1 years of experience inleading teams or a similar senior role.Proventrack record of building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines tostreamline software deliveryprocesses.Mandatory expertise in Azuredemonstrating a comprehensive understanding of cloudinfrastructure.Essential experience inmanaging and monitoring KubernetesapplicationsStrong troubleshooting skills innetworking and infrastructure issues ensuring uninterrupted systemoperations.Prior experience in successfullymanaging customerfacing systems in a 24/7 environment includinghandling escalations with a focus on customersatisfaction.Proficiency in scripting andautomation using TerraformFamiliarity withtriaging and escalation policies/protocols using OpsGenie orPagerDuty.Handson experience with monitoringand observability tools such as Datadog Prometheus Grafana and theELK stack.Excellent communication anddocumentation skills to facilitate clear and effectivecollaboration within the team.Any additionalexperience with Cloudflare monitoring is considered a significantplus.
