Chief Operating Officer (COO) - BundelkhandPurpose:The COO will oversee and manage all operations within the Bundelkhand region, ensuring the effective implementation of projects and businesses, while steering the organization towards achieving its long-term vision of sustainability and growth.Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans for all projects and business operations in Bundelkhand.Provide strategic leadership and management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all activities.Liaise with government bodies to foster partnerships and secure support for the organization's initiatives.Lead the regional team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Monitor and evaluate the performance of ongoing projects, identifying areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Manage budgets and financial planning for the region.Utilize business acumen to identify opportunities for expansion and sustainability.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders.Required Qualifications:Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the development sector.Proven track record of successful program and team management.Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.Demonstrated experience in government liaising and strategic planning.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in the Bundelkhand region or similar contexts.Strong network with local and regional stakeholders.High ethical standards and a grounded value system.
