MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Design forms, workflow processes, flows, web services, plugins, canvas apps, model-driven apps and other components needed to meet the business requirements obtained from users.Building custom applications, modifications, integrations, data conversion routines, workflows, and custom reports for D365.Executing ongoing maintenance of developed systems.Demonstrable ability to leverage standard D365 features and ability to identify conditions when D365 should be customised.Practical experience in translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the D365 CE platform capabilities.Document, develop and test working solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of D365 applications.Must have experience of the Customer service module.Ownership of timely deliverables.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Management Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics). A Master’s degree would be preferred.Minimum 6+ years of experience in the development and maintenance of Dynamics 365 modules.Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming languages like C#Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDEGood knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systemsSolid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.Ability to take business requirements.Skills in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platformSkills in CRM processes in Manufacturing and/or Banking and/or Retail industriesSkills in at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).Knowledge of the DataverseExperience in Software DeliveryExperience in Power Platform native componentsOwn timely delivery to ensure quality.

Good to have:Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, preferably on the Customer service module.Knowledge of the Cloud Azure platform
