New business developmentexpanding institutional and retail customer base and taking up newsales activities to achieve topline growth. Identify growthopportunities for the business.5. Relationship management forexisting institutional customers maintain high levels of clientsatisfaction and client retention by promptly addressing any issuesthat may arise. 6. Account planning and strategydevelop plans for each client undertake contract negotiations andrenewals and ensure favourable terms. Identify growth opportunitiesand work with internal teams to develop customized solutions forkey clients.7. Create project pipeline andengage in business developmentactivities8. Competitor and marketanalysis conducting market surveys and keeping up to date withmarket trends major competitor activities client acquisitions andattritions etc. Requirements: 1.
