Looking for an experienced Manager Architectural Specifications to lead and mentor a team, build strong partnerships with architects and designers, and drive the adoption of world-class specification solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Build and nurture relationships with architects, designers, and consultants through meetings, presentations, and training.
  • Guide and mentor a team of Specification Managers, ensuring high-quality specifications aligned with architectural vision.
  • Assist Product Marketing Managers with technical presentations and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with consultants to promote premium solutions on technical grounds.
  • Monitor competition activities and develop strategies to stay ahead.
  • Ensure effective documentation, reporting, and activity tracking through Salesforce.
  • Contribute to continuous learning within the team by conducting trainings on codes, standards, and specification practices.

What Were Looking For

  • 710 years of experience in a related field (Architectural Hardware / Building Materials / Construction Solutions).
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (non-IT/CS).
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Preferred: GAI Certification and knowledge of ANSI / ISO / DIN / EN hardware standards.
  • Experience with CRM tools and strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proven ability to mentor, lead teams, and deliver results.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
