Weare seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP)to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key role in drivingstrategic HR initiatives fostering employee engagement andsupporting talent management efforts. Responsibilities :
EmployeeEngagementInitiatives:
  • Plan andorganize engaging events and activities to foster teamcollaboration social connections andmorale.
  • Coordinate teambuilding activitiesoffsite retreats volunteer opportunities and social gatherings tostrengthen relationships and build a sense ofcommunity.
  • Solicit employee input andpreferences to tailor events to their interests and preferencesensuring maximum participation andengagement.
  • Facilitate crossfunctionalcollaboration and teambuilding activities to strengthenrelationships among employees and promote a sense of belonging andcamaraderie.
  • Organize wellness challengesfitness classes mental health workshops and stress managementsessions to promote physical and emotionalwellness.
  • Work with stakeholders to implementrecognition and reward programs.
  • Implement andmanage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrateemployee achievements contributions andmilestones.
  • Design creative recognitioninitiatives such as employee of the month awards peertopeerrecognition programs and spot bonuses to foster a culture ofappreciation andrecognition.

EmployeeWelfare &Administration:
  • ProvideHR business partner support to employees and facilitate employeelifecycle management.
  • Conduct regular checkinswith employees to assess their needs address concerns and provideguidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Supportthe onboarding process for new hires including orientation anddocumentation.
  • Analyze and manage various HRdata points in realtime as required.
  • Coordinatedaytoday office operations including inventory management pantrysupplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaboratewith external vendors for officerelated tasks and employeeengagement activities such as organizing events andcelebrations.

TravelDesk & ReimbursementManagement:
  • Coordinateemployee travel arrangements including flights andaccommodations.
  • Ensure compliance with companytravel and reimbursement policies.
  • Verifyreimbursement requests to ensure accuracy and adherence toguidelines.
  • Manage travelrelated documentationsuch as visas passports and insurance.
  • Stayupdated on travel industry trends and bestpractices.

TalentAcquisition Support (Asneeded):
  • Contributeto the recruitment process for priority positions including jobpostings resume screening and interviewcoordination.
  • Conduct followups with candidatesand facilitate offerrollouts.

Managementof HR Tools andPlatforms:
  • Maintainand update internal HR platforms such as Lady Leena (InternalChatbot) including user management database synchronization andworkflow triggers.
  • Coordinate with internalteams to ensure the bots accuracy andrelevance.
  • Stay informed about updates to webviews and deploy relevant policies andannouncements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in business administration or a related field(preferred).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience inoffice administration employee welfare or relatedroles.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS OfficeSuite and other office software.
  • Attention todetail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability tohandle sensitive and confidential information withdiscretion.
