Role : Sr.Territory Manager Reporting : Head Exports Location : Thane Education : Graduate Engineer plus MBA Marketing Technical & Professional Knowledge required : Exports / International Sales for LatAM Exposure to Tools & Hardware Industry. Awareness of global economic trends, Market Intelligence, Business Acumen and Analysis of Data, Receivables Management, Channel Management, Sales Management,Excellent communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills.  Roles & Responsibilities : Responsible for achieving revenue and profitability goals of all products. Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques and strategies to increase the region's sales volume. Ensure timely sales and collections & measuring receivables as per budget. Minimizing Overdue. To ensure inter departmental coordination for sales operations Coordinating with Marketing team for Promotions and branding necessary in the region through new channels. To ensure that end user demand is created by ensuring end user meets and other promotional activities. Product pricing and executing negotiation practices with customers time to time. Prepare market expansion plans of existing market and increase the market share with launch plans & business strategies. To identify and develop new markets in foreign countries (All Continents) Strategize biz plans for new product launches & growth initiatives Promote JK Brand and position it in the Global market by various promotional activities Participate in Trade Shows -Product presentation & applications Know market potential and analyse competitors and manage marketplace. Generate Review mechanism on feedback from markets. Track the progress on global prospects and determine the market demand and build the sales Coordination with marketing team for packaging development Key performance goals for the role: Critical outcomes of a job contributing to the organization's and role’s success Strategic Initiatives : A) To develop cutting tools business for International Business (identify mkt, develop products, packing, pricing, seeding & aligning network)B) Develop new types of drills through in-house production and outsourcing.  C) To identify and add new buyers for files, drills & HT Financial Goals : Achieve Revenue Budget for LatAM - a) To achieve Sales Budget for LatAM (Net Sales for all product groups-Files, Cutting Tools, Steel & HTPTA) Culture & people : 1) India Engagement Score2) JK Way of being, critical talent management, succession planning skills up gradation Operational Excellence : 1) To achieve or improve the average selling price (ASP) for Asian customers as per the Budget 2) Collections/Receivables 3) Invoice & Sales report process improvement4) Improvement in planning and execution Purpose :  The purpose of this role is to grow business in & increase market share in Asia market. Essential RLC for the role :  Should be Authentic ; Confident , Presentable , Flamboyant Personal Attributes required :  Leader, Extrovert, Affilative, Innovative, Communicator,  Resilient, Influencing, Focused,Democratic, Multi cultural Numerical Aptitude
