We have a requirement for Senior Python Developer, Coimbatore. Please find below the details:


Job Responsibilities:

Software Development:

  • Design and develop robust and scalable Python-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, develop and deliver new features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Architecture and Design:

  • Architect and design software solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Problem Solving:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance software performance and reliability.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve the development process.



Skills/competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystems
  • Experience with modern web frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior developers.
