We are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress development, including theme and plugin development, customization, and maintenance. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and development teams to create high-quality websites that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

• Theme Development and Customization:
• Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch based on provided design mockups.
• Customize and enhance existing themes to meet specific project requirements.
• Plugin Development and Customization:
• Develop custom plugins to extend WordPress functionality.
• Modify and customize existing plugins to suit project needs.
• Website Maintenance and Updates:
• Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
• Ensure websites are secure, optimized, and functioning properly.

• Responsive Design Implementation:
• Implement responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• UI/UX Collaboration:
• Work closely with designers to translate design prototypes into functional websites.
• Provide feedback on feasibility and suggest improvements.

• Database Management:
• Manage WordPress databases, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Implement backup and recovery procedures.
• Server Configuration:
• Collaborate with hosting providers to set up and configure servers.
• Optimize server performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Website Optimization:
• Optimize websites for speed and performance using caching mechanisms and code optimization.
• Implement image optimization techniques and minimize HTTP requests.
• SEO Best Practices:
• Implement on-page SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings.
• Ensure websites are structured for optimal crawlability and indexing.

• Debugging and Troubleshooting:
• Identify and fix bugs, errors, and compatibility issues.
• Perform thorough testing to ensure functionality and performance.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.

• Documentation:
• Document development processes, custom code, and project specifications.
• Maintain clear and organized code comments for future reference.
• Client Support:
• Provide training and support to clients on website usage and maintenance.
• Assist with content updates and minor changes as needed.

• Team Collaboration:

• Bachelor’s Degree:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in WordPress development.
• Portfolio:
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects, including custom themes and plugins.

• WordPress Expertise:
• Proficient in developing custom themes and plugins.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, and filters.
• Programming Languages:
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Front-End Frameworks:
