Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Maths Faculty (Online Tutors & IIT JEE Faculty) member for a full-time position at a leading Edtech company. The role is ideal forcandidates with a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The position is based in Bengaluru, Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural. As a Maths Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering quality educational content and engaging students through innovative online teaching methods. Qualifications and Skills Proficient in teaching mathematical concepts with clarity and precision to students of various levels. Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and instructions in both written and verbal formats. Experience using online teaching platforms to deliver virtual classes and manage digital coursework (Mandatory skill). Ability to assess student performance accurately and offer constructive feedback to facilitate improvement. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging and adaptive lesson plans catering to diverse learning styles. Organizational skills to keep track of multiple student progress reports and update records accordingly. Passion for teaching and motivating students to reach their highest potential in mathematics. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational trends and technologies. Roles and Responsibilities Design and implement lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum while encouraging student engagement and active participation. Utilize various teaching methods and tools to cater to different learning styles and aptitudes. Maintain a positive learning environment, ensuring the well-being and academic growth of all students. Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and regular feedback sessions. Facilitate discussions both in-class and online, encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving among students. Use online teaching platforms effectively to conduct lessons and manage student-related administrative tasks. Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to curriculum development and improvement strategies. Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
