Requirements:

·Minimum 4+ year of TechnoFunctional experiencein Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud

·Extensive knowledge in Hire to Retire businessprocess. Exposure to Data & Integration module is must.

·Designing, developing, and implementing integrationsolutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.

·Experience of working through Agile methodology

·Excellent Communication and presentation skills

·Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixedsetup of Global MNCs

Functional Competencies

·Strong understanding of web services, RESTfulAPIs, XML, and JSON.

·Strong technical knowledge in BIP, OTBI, HCMExtract, API, HDL, HSDL

·Functional expertise on other HCM modules ishighly preferred

·Expertise in Personalization (sandbox) andFunctional Setup Manager usage

·Strong consulting skills such as Fit/gapanalysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, SupportManagement.

Technical Competencies

·Strong knowledge and working experience inwriting Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, Inbound & Outbound Interface, HDSl,HSDL, API

·Good knowledge of HCM table structures and dataflow

·Expert in designing UDTs, Lookups &Worksheet dynamic columns

·Expert is building BIP , OTBI Reports, withbursting options
