The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology-driven solutions, and a passion for achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.Generate leads through cold calling, networking, emails, and online platforms.Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Understand client needs and offer suitable Aliste solutions and services.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demos.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in B2 B sales.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-driven and results-oriented approach to work.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
