UIUX Designer

This is a remoteposition.As a UIUX Designer you willplay a pivotal role in designing application and website ofHeyoPhone and offer help in the design of MyOperator website andits application products. You will bring along the skills andknowledge necessary to build a seamless user experience for thesedomains as well as drive the total brand experience forward. Youwill have a strong understanding of UI and UX design principles andgraphic/ visual design as well as the ability to solve complexdesign problems and realise a product along with theteam.

Whileworking in the design team here you will be working with some ofthe most talented passionate creative and processdriven individualsaround so you can expect to learn as much from them as you do fromus

Keyresponsibility areaCreate design solutions and UXdesign vision to maximize user experiences across all products andchannels working closely with product managers anddesigners.

Works collaboratively withcrossfunctional peers prioritising and allocating tasks to deliveragainst businessproblems.

Exhibit a preference for a cleansimplistic functional design that meets the user objectives andserves key business metrics like conversion andretention.

Oversee the design of app andwebsite as well as the development of webinterfaces.

Asses and effectively usequantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measurethe success of the apps andwebsites.

Understand areas that needimprovement and provide necessary directions for improvement.Directs the team in effectively achieving set goals within the settimespan.

Enhance the skills of the team toboost productivity performance and output as well as keeps up thewhole team spirit.

Making sure all the designs producedare on brand without fail in anydetail.

Requirements

2 years of experience as a UI/UXdesigner or similar role in a productbasedorganisation.

Should hold a bachelors degree(preferably in design fine art orengineering).

A strong understanding of UX designprocesses Usability best practices Usability Principles UI patternsResearch methodologies User Interviewingtechniques.

Strong hold of design tools such as: Adobe XD or Figma Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator AdobeAfterEffects

Sound knowledge of Design Systemsimportance & implementation protocols and UX design toolsand resources.

Knowledge of human interactionsbehaviour etc.

Should hold a bachelors degree(preferably in design fine art orengineering).

An excellent portfolio thatdemonstrates design thinking and problemsolving capabilities withan emphasis on design and userexperience.

Excellent team management andcollaboration skills.

Exposure to development tools andframeworks.

Strong written and verbalcommunication skills as well as presentationskills.
