Social Media Strategist

Location:

(Bangalore / In Office)

Experience:

4–6 years in Social Media / Digital Strategy

What You'll Do:

  • Understand client aspirations and translate them into actionable short-term and long-term social media strategies.
  • Create, pitch, and present monthly strategies & campaign ideas to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Lead client communications, handle escalations, and maintain strong relationships built on trust.
  • Supervise efficacy reports, analyse performance metrics, and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital trends, AI-driven tools, and competitor moves.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong client servicing & communication skills (must-have).
  • Proven track record of building successful strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for strategy, insights, or automation.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid media campaigns.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment.
