CICS System Programmer who can install, troubleshoot, and maintain their mainframe system. Installs, upgrades and customizes ISV software tools in a multi-system z/OS mainframe environment. Also must have knowledge on below- CICS/TS installation, definitions, BAS, CICSPLEX, etc- Mainview for CICS- CPSM, Assembler, COBOL, SAS / MXG, REXXResponsibilities:End to end Maintaining CICS 5.6 RegionCICS administration and support including problem analysis and resolutionInstalling RSU maintenance for CICS and CICS related productsUpgrade in CICS and CICS related ISV products.Significant involvement in upgrade of third party software products to new releasesProvide technical support of the mainframe infrastructure to provide high quality customer service and meet SLA expectationsCICS resource maintenance via BAS and RDOManaging CICS workload via CICSPLEX
