Position IAM Engineer

Location: Bangalore - Whitefield 2nd shift or 24/7 - Hybrid

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, provisioning/de-provisioning, DHCP and DNS concepts.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for resolving access-related issues.
  • Knowledge of IAM automation, scripting (e.g., PowerShell), and tools like SailPoint, Okta, or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform security audits and access reviews.
  • Experience with role-based access control (RBAC), security policy implementation, and access management in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with directory services like Active Directory, Azure AD, AD Connect or other IAM solutions (Sailpoint, Okta, Identity Manager etc).
  • Experience with identity governance, access certification, and audit processes.
