We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Nurse cum Receptionist for our Outpatient Department (OPD) clinic. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent patient care, and managing front desk responsibilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. **Patient Care:**

  2. Assist in patient registration and documentation.

  3. Perform basic nursing duties, including measuring vital signs, administering medications, and providing basic medical assistance.

  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients.

  5. **Front Desk Management:**

  6. Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  7. Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.

  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information.

  9. **Administrative Duties:**

  10. Ensure the efficient flow of paperwork, including insurance forms and medical records.

  11. Manage billing and payment transactions.

  12. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

  13. **Communication:**

  14. Liaise between patients, medical staff, and administrative personnel.

  15. Communicate effectively with patients to provide necessary information and instructions.

  16. **Compliance:**

  17. Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.

  18. Ensure patient confidentiality and data protection.

**Qualifications:**

  • Degree or diploma in nursing.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

  • Valid nursing license.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and administrative procedures.
