The Role: Three Functions, One Talent Visionary

As our Talent Acquisition Expert & People Operations Lead, you'll be:

  1. The Talent Hunter & Pipeline Architect (60%) Source and recruit top-tier technical talent across India's major tech hubs (Bengaluru,

Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune)

Build comprehensive talent pipelines for 15+ open roles and future expansion needs

Execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, and niche communities

Conduct initial screening calls and technical assessments with engineering candidates

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and culture fit

Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding

  1. The Employer Brand Ambassador & Market Intelligence (25%)

Position Quantique Minds as the destination employer for ambitious tech professionals

Develop compelling employer value propositions for different role categories

Create recruitment marketing content showcasing our culture, growth trajectory, and

opportunities

Build relationships with universities, coding bootcamps, and professional communities

Track hiring market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor talent strategies across

India's tech ecosystem

Represent company at career fairs, tech meetups, and industry conferences

  1. The People Operations Strategist (15%)

Design scalable hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment criteria

Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and headcount planning

Implement recruitment technology stack (ATS, assessment tools, interview platforms)

Establish hiring metrics, track recruitment ROI, and optimize conversion funnels

Support employee onboarding, culture initiatives, and retention strategies
