Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at Mavit Digital, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our clients' brand visibility and engagement. You will manage multiple social media accounts, create compelling content, and analyze performance to ensure that our clients achieve their marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation : Develop engaging and high-quality content (including graphics, videos, and copy) that aligns with clients' brand identities and goals.
  • Platform Management : Manage daily operations of social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for various clients.
  • Strategy Development : Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve clients’ objectives, such as increasing followers, engagement, and website traffic.
  • Community Management : Monitor and engage with audiences, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and build a strong online community.
  • Analytics and Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our clients’ social media presence relevant and competitive.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Client Communication : Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, present strategies, and provide updates on performance.
Qualifications
  • Experience : 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a marketing or digital agency.
  • Skills : Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge : Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
