Responsibilities include:

- Requirement gathering with stakeholders to understand their requirements and managing them along with prioritization of various requirements coming in together.- Working knowledge of A/B experimentation and conclusion of experiments with supportive statistical techniques.- To convert actionable insights into well-defined projects.- To understand underlying player behavior.- To work with the Product, Marketing and Technology team to execute projects and measure their success.- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making at various levels within the organization.- Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting various solutions and brainstorming sessions on solving various problems.- Implement data quality standards to ensure accuracy,reliability and reusability of data and solutions developed.- Participate actively in reusable design solutions and cost optimizations- Ensure right stakeholders gets right information at right time- Creating and deploying reports with highest quality- Design and plan BI solutions to automate regular reporting and reducing manual intervention.- Write code (queries/procedures/scripts) in SQL / Hive / Drill / PySpark / Python / R that is both functional and elegant, following appropriate design patterns

Minimum Job Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT from Top Colleges- 3+ years of experience in Analytics and SQL- Good understanding of statistics, probability, segmentation techniques.- Exceptional logical and analytical skills- Excellent technical as well as communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Attention to even the smallest detail is mandatory- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience working with large datasets.

Desirable Requirements:

- Deploying analytical solutions in Python- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and product is preferable.- Hands on with Predictive analytics.- User Personalisation solutions models.
