We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and assisting in achieving sales and business targets. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start their career in business development, sales, or client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research and networking.
- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Support the team in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
