Job Description
  • Campaign Development & Execution: With some support from the Senior ABM Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the campaigns that you develop for each account. Understanding the delivery mechanisms and requirements to ensure a strong delivery that has a strong client focus. The campaigns will build around the client experience and enable growth within the account and the ABM team.
  • Campaign Measurement & Reporting: Utilizing key measures that would be defined by the PACE ABM team, you will be responsible for providing and monitoring campaign performance and reporting. Ensuring that we are evolving and moving campaigns to reflect client responses, engagements, and feedback, whilst ensuring the close alignment to the strategy and direction laid out by the Senior ABM Manager.
  • Strong experience in senior stakeholder management.
  • Experience in developing and delivering ABM campaigns that go beyond digital marketing tactics.
  • Experience in marketing campaign management and execution.
  • Strong focus on client-centricity.
  • Good understanding of ABM as a marketing methodology.
  • Good understanding of marketing technology.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with strong communication skills.
  • Good understanding of data and insight.
Primary Skills
  • Stakeholder Management: You will be responsible for engaging and building a strong relationship with the account leadership teams that you will be working with on a day-to-day basis. Being able to balance dealing with demand and urgent requirements whilst also acting as the strategic marketing advisor to the account/s.
  • Account Based Marketing Strategy Development: Utilizing our Strategic ABM framework you will work with support from the Senior ABM Manager/s and in partnership with our ABM agencies to take the account on a journey to developing a more strategic and client-centric approach to ABM. Building a storyline and campaign plan that’s designed around the client’s needs, whilst still taking the best and most relevant of what Capgemini has to offer. You will also work on strategically important deals within the accounts that you are allocated to.
Secondary Skills
  • Must have a proactive attitude, be able to ask the right questions and open to finding answers, as well as providing new ideas and approaches to support the ABM Team.
  • Will be advantageous if you’re bi-lingual, specifically able to speak French.
