Job Description
Dans le cadre de notre développement et pour renforcer notre équipe de Lausanne, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Architecte d’entreprise.
Afin d’accompagner l’un de nos clients dans la transformation de son système d’information, nous recherchons un/une consultant(e) à même de prendre en charge les activités suivantes :
Développer le référentiel cartographique applicative de notre client:
  • définir et formaliser les règles de gouvernance du référentiel d’architecture : la liste des objets à documenter et de leurs, attributs, la liste des artefacts à créer, les processus de gestion des objets (création, validation, publication, suppression, etc.) et les rôles et responsabilités en matière de saisie et de mise à jour du référentiel ;
  • finaliser le paramétrage de la solution de cartographie du SI (basée sur la solution ORBUS iServer) : le méta modèle, les attributs visibles, les logos relatifs aux objets, les vues par défaut, les modèles d’artefacts types et les workflows ;
  • intégrer dans le référentiel cartographique toutes les données relatives aux composants métiers et IT transverses essentiels : la structure organisationnelle de la Ville, les composants et les services IT transverses et les applications les plus importantes.

Développer les bonnes pratiques d’Architecture d’entreprise de la DSI de notre client :
  • faire des préconisations sur le développement de l’équipe et les bonnes pratiques de l’Architecture d’entreprise ;
  • proposer des améliorations en matière de méthodologie, de processus et d’outillage ;
  • accompagner les architectes et les business analystes dans le cadre de l’utilisation des outils et des méthodes au quotidien ;
  • concevoir et réaliser la documentation associée (procédures, guides utilisateur, manuels, etc.).

Réaliser pour le compte de la DSI, des prestations de type « Business architecture » pour les services métiers:
  • établir, pour un service ou une unité spécifique, l’architecture métier existante (mission, activité, enjeux, objectifs, prestations, flux de valeur, capacités, processus, etc.) ;
  • établir, pour un service ou une unité spécifique, l’architecture IT existante (fonctions, applications, logiciels, bases de données, etc.) ;
  • identifier et formaliser, pour un service ou une unité spécifique, les points de faiblesse de l’organisation métier et / ou du SI, et préconiser pour chacun d’eux des mesures d’amélioration ;
  • établir et tenir à jour la liste des modifications (ajout, modifications et suppression) à apporter au SI sur une période de 3 à 5 ans pour pouvoir atteindre les objectifs du ou des métiers concernés (c’est-à-dire la feuille de route de la transformation du SI).

Etablir et tenir à jour la cartographie applicative du SI :
  • identifier et évaluer les différents référentiels actuellement utilisés (par exemple CMDB, sites SharePoint produits, etc.) ;
  • interviewer tous les responsables de produits pour collecter les informations non documentées et établir l’écosystème de chaque solution ;
  • interviewer les référents métiers concernés afin d’évaluer la pertinence des solutions du point de vue du métier ;
  • établir le portfolio applicatif du SI  et définir les processus de gestion et d’exploitation de ce portfolio.

Etablir et tenir à jour la cartographie des capacités de notre client :
  • identifier et contacter les parties prenantes ayant une connaissance précise des activités métiers des services ;
  • identifier et construire, en collaboration avec ces parties prenantes, la carte capacitaire du client;
  • identifier et documenter les relations entre les capacités et les applications qui les soutiennent.

Pour mener à bien ces différentes activités, vous devez disposer :
  • d’une parfaite connaissance des langages de modélisation Archimate, ,UML et BPMN.
  • d’une très bonne connaissance de la méthode d’architecture d’entreprise TOGAF validée par une formation certifiante et d’au moins une autre parmi les principales méthodes suivantes : DoDAF, MoDAF, FEAF ou Zachman.
  • d’une parfaite maîtrise de l’outil d’architecture d’entreprise ORBUS iServer validée par une accréditation et d’au moins un autre outil parmi les suivants): Archi, Bizagi ou Visual Paradigm.
  • d’une très bonne connaissance des méthodes d’organisation et d’optimisation des processus, notamment IT, tels que ITIL (v3 minimum), IT4IT et Six Sigma.
  • d’une bonne connaissance des méthodes et bonnes pratiques en matière d’analyse métier suivantes : BABOK, BIZBOK et SEBok.
  • De la connaissances d’une ou plusieurs méthodes de gestion de projet souhaitées (par exemple HERMES, PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.),

Formation minimale :  Diplôme en informatique d'une haute école (HES, Université, EPF) ou formation jugée équivalente.
