Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilledSFCC Backend Leadwith 8+ years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in backend technologies and be capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role involves team collaboration, technical leadership, and integration of third-party services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business functionality into well-defined technical user stories and development tasks.
  • Lead backend development using SFRA, SFCC Script, Pipelines, Controllers, and REST APIs.
  • Design and implement third-party integrations, including:
  • Address, Shipping, and Tax validation services
  • Payment Authorization systems
  • CRM and Order Management Systems (OMS)
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce SFCC development best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, architects, QA, and project managers.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
    Key Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) backend development.

  • Proficiency in SFRA, ISML, JavaScript, Pipelines, and Controllers.
  • Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce workflows and backend integration patterns.

  • Experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
    Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer/Architect Certification.

  • Experience with middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
