Job description This role specifically involves teaching face-to-face ONSITE Only. Teachers with 2 or more years of experience in IELTS, OET, PTE, and CELPIP are more likely to get shortlisted faster.Teachers with 2 or more years of ESL experience with adult learners across CEFR levels stand a good chance of being shortlisted.Teachers will need to create skills-based lesson plans and deliver student-centered communicative lessons using English textbooks. (Lesson planning is a key requirement)Teachers can choose, full-time, part-time, temporary, contract, or freelance work optionsSome job roles involve traveling interstate for onsite projects. The locations are Chennai, Chittoor, Arragonda, Madurai, Ahmedabad and Kolkata. The interstate projects run for 3 years and pay a very attractive salary with benefits. IELTS/OET trainers. (Immediate hiring)Qualifications:Only CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certified teachers must apply. Others please refrain from applying. You are unlikely to get shortlisted.Minimum 2 years of current experience teaching IELTS/OET & general English across CEFR levelsBachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage classroom activities and resources.Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes. The work involves direct face-to-face teaching/coaching. This is NOT a work-from-home job. Key Selection Criterion:All candidates must be willing to teach a 60-minute in-class demo session. This is mandatory.Salary Package:Full-time: INR-60-65K /month Part-time: INR-25-30/month Hourly paid: INR 500-700 for experienced English teachers, IELTS, and OET trainers.Outstation travel allowances:Travel, food, and accommodation expenses shall be borne by InSync.
