Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesCandidate to have a) Desired Competency on E&E System component design, Integration, application on vehicle level preferable from Automotive/ Farm Background onlyb) Detailed design domain expertise on electrical systems like Electrical Distibution System ( Knowledge on Cap- H, Logic design, Hardware selection), ..c) Develop and implement new designs using Capital XC, Circuit Designing, Logic Design, Wiring Harness, Cable Harness, Schematic, Simulation, and Graphics tools.d) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.e) Conduct design reviews and provide technical support as needed.f) Contribute to the development of engineering standards and best practices.g) Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.h) Hands on experience on Common rail system integration also bringing out some cost effective solution thro IMCR/VAVE activities.i) Knowledge on Field failure & analysis: Analysing on field reported concerns and giving solution to reduce/eliminate it and also capturing that particular issue in upcoming products.j) Should have knowledge on working of BOM details of componentsk) Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of Quality tools, DFMEA,7 QC tools Design Reviews & Project management o) Should have Moderate knowledge on DFA,DFS, QFD, APQP, PPAP, GD & T,p) Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. Experience5-10 YearsIndustry PreferredAny other Automotive / Farm Equipment OEM.QualificationsBE/B Tech Mechanical or BE/B Tech Automobile engineering or BE/B Tech Mechatronics EngineeringGeneral Requirements
