We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Lead Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong coding abilities, excellent problem analysis and solving skills, and proven leadership experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Technical Skills & Experience:

Frontend: Angular 16+, JavaScript

Backend: Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Hibernate)

Databases: SQL and NoSQL

Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven architecture

APIs: RESTful APIs and GraphQL

Security: Secure coding practices with Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, JWT, OAuth grant types

AI/ML Integration: Experience with AI/ML libraries such as Deeplearning4j, DJL, TensorFlow Java API, Spring AI

Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Bitbucket

Testing & Tools: Postman, Jira

Software Engineering: Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

Cloud-native Development & Modern Java Versions

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, implementation and bug-fix of scalable full-stack solutions for Order Processing applications
  • Experience in accounting and finance domains is a strong plus.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
  • Quickly get up to speed with the applications, including architecture, functionalities, UI, and business logic.
  • Minimize the learning curve and ramp-up time
  • Taking the assignments and complete them with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality work and speed.
  • Develop and maintain robust, clean, and scalable front/back end code, follow industry best practices
  • Able to debug issues, analyze problems, and resolve them efficiently
  • Task delivery tracking & code review
  • Collaborate with other developers to deliver features on time and with high quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Drive adoption of modern development practices including CI/CD, cloud-native deployment, and DevOps.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a full stack developer with leadership or lead developer roles.
  • Expertise in the Spring ecosystem and microservices architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with both frontend and backend development.
  • Quickly ramp up on complex systems and contribute effectively
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently on assigned features with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration in Java applications is a plus.
