Your responsibilities include:Developing & optimizing ML models using PyTorch / TensorFlow / KerasBuilding end-to-end LLM + RAG pipelines using LangChain / LangGraphWorking with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure APIsFine-tuning models using Hugging Face TransformersImplementing semantic search with embedding models + pgvectorWorking on transformer-based architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, Mistral)Implementing evaluation & monitoring: RAGAS, LangSmithDeveloping FastAPI microservices (REST/GraphQL + WebSockets)Integrating vector DBs: pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, MilvusDeploying using Docker + Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS)Utilizing AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, SageMaker, Lambda, CloudWatchManaging ML experiments: MLflow / Weights & Biases / NeptuneEnsuring secure, robust LLM deploymentsContributing to code reviews, AI knowledge sessions & Agile ritualsWhat We’re Looking For2–5 years Python experienceHands-on with LangChain / LangGraphStrong ML/DL backgroundFastAPI expertiseExperience with pgvector & vector databasesComfortable with cloud (AWS preferred), CI/CD, & Git workflowsUnderstanding of LLM security & prompt safety✨ Bonus Skills (Good to Have)LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT fine-tuningDistributed training, model compressionAirflow, Prefect, DagsterTerraform / CloudFormationStreamlit or GradioOpen-source contributions⭐ Why Join Us?Work on real-world LLM applicationsExposure to advanced AI infra & MLOpsOpportunity to innovate, experiment, and deploy at scaleCollaborative team with strong learning culture
